STAGE ONE

A. Infrastructure review and optimisation of framework architecture and management processes

Atlas upgrade:

• Deployed, tested and audited configuration of upgraded logger service in test environment
• Deployed upgraded images service in test environment
• Deployed new name matching web service in test environment using upgraded name matching libraries

Upgrade of the decoupled (separated NBN Atlas customisations) layer to the latest ALA version:

• Authentication service: Completed and in testing
• Species lists: Completed and in testing
• Species name matching service: In Review

B. Extract the NBN Atlas customised changes from the Atlas of Living Australia (ALA) platform into a separate layer

C. Reformat all dataset files still in the NBN exchange format as Darwin Core

384 datasets (5,749,291 records) from 72 data providers remain to be checked.
